You can order repeat prescriptions and view your medical record once you have registered with any of the websites/apps shown below.
2. NHS APP
The above apps are available to download on Smartphones and Tablets, but only Patient Access can be utilised from a website on a PC.
You can confirm your identity by answering several security questions and adding passport photos and personal details, but you will not need to attend the practice to do this.
Alternatively, you can call into the practice, provide us with photographic proof of identity, and we will print out personal access information for you to use to login. See the paragraph below for more detailed information.
This can also be done via our Pathways link above which allows us to verify your details. We can then text the confidential information to you, provided you accept liaibility for transmission, as your smartphone will not be nhs encrypted.
As you can appreciate the registration process has to be carefully monitored and authorised by us, to ensure that your personal medical information can only be accessed by you. Ideally to register, you will need to come into the Surgery with the documents below to confirm your identity.
We can generate a "Patient Access Registration Offer Letter" which will detail your login username and password only after confirming your identity. Once you are in possession of this letter you can easily set up the account from home (on a PC, iPhone or Tablet) by following the simple instructions.
