You can now request routine and urgent appointments and ask admin questions by simply clicking the link below. And, even more importantly, you will be able to specify which GP you would like to answer your query, when it is convenient to contact you and whether this is by phone or text.
You can access our services on any smartphone, tablet or PC and once your enquiry is submitted we will forward it straight to the doctor of your choice or admin team responsible for actioning your request. Everything submitted is then logged direclty onto your medical record, and you will not be required to provide details about clinical problems to our patient liaison team.
