GP Salaries

NHS England requires GP practices to publish the mean earnings of GPs working at the practice by 31 March 2027. Please note that the prescribed method of calculating earnings is potentially misleading, as it does not take account of the amount of time individual doctors spend working in the practice. The figure should therefore not be used to make judgements about GP earnings or comparisons with other practices.

The average pay for GPs working in the practice of Parkshot Medical in the financial year 2025/26 was £51,784 before tax and National Insurance.

This is for 4 full time GPs, 7 part time GPs and 5 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
